  • Export Approval by the Department of Agriculture of the United States (USDA)

To obtain these certifications, our team, Technical and Professional Quality, Maintenance and Operations; work together to conduct a rigorous and strict supervision of the construction, Flows, equipment, process equipment, hygiene and quality standards including B.P.M. and POES, production processes, storage, and logistics of all our products.

Also to ensure the permanence of these certifications has quality and safety audits, internal and external, as well as a process daily inspection and monitoring by veterinarians trained and supervised in their work directly by Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development (SAGARPA).
